Refund policy

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.  In some cases, we can grant a cancellation if we see correspondence from you via email prior to the order being processed.  If there is a problem with damage or an incorrect item, please reach out to our customer service within 3 days of confirmed delivery to viboutiquenc@gmail.com.
